Rancho Cordova Little League Team Parents

Each year Team Parents must complete the following forms trainings to be approved Team Parents.

1. CDC Concussion Training
   • Must complete the online training - https://www.cdc.gov/heads-up/training/youth-sports.html?CDC_AAref_Val=https://www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/training/index.html

   • Certificate MUST be uploaded at the time you register to volunteer.
2. Abuse Awareness Training
   • Must complete the online training - NEW for 2024/2025, training MUST be completed through Little League, Please log in or create an account -https://www.littleleague.org/university/articles/abuse-awareness-training-course/?utm_source=resource+guide+september&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=abuse+awareness+training+course+link Follow prompts to complete profile and take the required course.

3. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
   • Must complete online training - https://epsavealife.org/sca-prevention-training/

4. Enroll as a Team Parent in our online Sports Connect" system - Click here for link
5. After you register in our system, we will send you a link (not immediately) to complete the JDP background check directly online.
6. All approved volunteers must wear a badge for safety, please submit a photo to us to create your badge at badgepics@rcll.org. We DO NOT keep prior photo submissions. You must submit a new photo each year and wear your badge for the current year.
